Terms and Conditions

 

All booking confirmations are to be made in writing.

 

A written confirmation will be issued when a booking is made.

 

Bookings are made on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

 

When making a booking, a deposit or purchase order may be required at the discretion of the management to confirm the booking.

 

Management reserves the right to refuse any booking at any time.

 

Management reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time.

 

Cancellations made by clients must be made within 48 hours’ notice prior to the event in writing and may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of the management.

 

Management reserves the right to offer for sale any item at any time.

 

Management reserves the right to refuse any refund after a booking has been made.

 

Management reserves the right to maintain ‘artistic licence’.

 

Management has no responsibility for any product, site or service when work has ceased.

 

Management reserves the right to increase or decrease the time period to complete any product, site or service without prior notice.

 

Management is not obliged to provide any item or service at any time unless pre-arranged at the time of booking.

 

Management reserves the right to produce photos, video and or content of any kind which may be used and shared at their descresion.

 

Photos, videos and or any content of any kind may not be not be produced, copied, shared or used in any way without prior consent of the management. Doing so may be subject to additional charge or cancellation of any booking.

 

Management reserves the right to refuse access to any workshop and or work area.

 

Management assumes control of any work area until completion of a booking.

 

Management reserves the right to select any material and or tool to complete any booking at any time.

 

The management reserves the right to include additional charges where tools and or equipment are damaged in completion of the task, where materials have not been supplied by the management and or site restrictions have been imposed.

 

If a commissioner is not satisfied with any booking at any time, a written complaint must be submitted within seven days from completion. If a resolution cannot be found, then the carving and any related material remains the property of Jonny Chainsaw. Where materials have been supplied then a payment will be made to the current lowest value of the material at that time less the total of any expenses incurred.

 

Payment is required on completion of a booking.

 

The Management reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

 

 

Glossary of Terms

 

Jonny Chainsaw- The trading name of Jonny Stableford.

 

Management- The proprietor of Jonny Chainsaw named as Jonny Stableford

 

Booking- Any product, service or activity required at the request of a commissioner.

 

Commissioner- Any person requesting a product, service or activity provided by Jonny Chainsaw.

 

Artistic licence- Variation and interpretation of a booking.

 

Cancellation- The reversal of or non-completion of a booking.
